All I want for Christmas is exhibit B...It finally arrived!! A 40" LCD HDTV, I am living in the 21st century now! It was a process: rescheduling of delivery and set-up dates, upgrade to a HD cable box, two cute geek squad guys, 3 calls to cable company, rearranging of furniture, pulling out cords and using different remotes later, I was able to enjoy the crystal clear picture. I quote the famous sounds of the Toy Story aliens OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Of course, I leave the house for 1 hour and my parents can't get something to work...so more scrolling through menus and checking cables to figure out the sound. Yelling and fighting pursued as I impatiently showed my parents how to turn the TV on and off....Why am I not getting paid for this...oh wait I kind of do, but still, they need to take my directions seriously. Hopefully, the TV will do the American thing and bring us all around the screen
together peacefully.
