Exercise Exclamations
Getting my butt to exercise is painful. I hate physical activity. I get bored, and it doesn't feel that good to work hard. I was discouraged as a child not to move to preserve my calories so I could grow as big as possible. I'm skinny, I should not be working out, people resent me. Those ladies at the gym think I'm a waste of a machine.I just have to look like and act like an athlete...I need incentives. I have never been a person to be bribed to do things. I did receive a night off from doing my breathing treatments so I would do them all the time. I have always done things just to feel better. Honestly, I just do what needs to be done. I do what I need to do to feel better that is the best incentive. Except for exercising, knowing I'll feel better and be stronger soon is not enough of an incentive. I have months ahead of me. Cue the "Exercise Celebrations Calendar" from this past Tuesday until my next clinic visit, physical activity is as common as brushing my teeth. I needed a visual and I needed rewards. I must complete exercise everyday, no excuses. This will range from, swimming, tennis, yoga, and weights. Walking also counts, but this could also be a bonus.

Here are the prizes
1st week: Buy flowers/gold stickers. Yes stickers on my calendar will make it so much better, gold stars in kindergarten, that's how I survived.
2nd week: New PJs, dressing up for bed is a must
3rd week: Frivolous spending, the other prizes are that too, but this will be impulsive...
4th week: Massage....ahhhh release the tension in my shoulders
5th week: Buy pump up music, I don't buy music ever so this will be good. PLEASE GIVE ME PLAYLIST SUGGESTIONS!!
6th week: Sprinkles Cupcakes and a head to toe massage
Bonus: If I walk 3 or more times a week in a month I get jewelry. :D
I think I might throw a party once I show up at clinic having gained 10lbs (that's mainly muscle)
I would love more suggestions on prizes for working out and gaining weight and what incentives you give yourself.
