Drive Thru ATM-Non Lazy Pledge

Today I was extremely lazy until my mom made me go to water aerobics with her. It was a great class and now I am super sore. It was a good start to Exercise Celebrations Calendar dos! Before I made my sides hurt I drove up to the ATM, rolled down my window and smiled at how convenient it is to be an American. As I was punching in my pin I had to open my door because my sports car is a little low to the ground. I quickly changed my attitude of how convenient to how is this not going to be arm robbery?!?!
Can someone check who came up with this idea. A guy can slip into my car, demand money and then have me drive off. More like convenient for criminals! I missed an opportunity to work my lungs and jeopardized my safety. Although it was fun not having to turn my car off and on and climb out of it. I felt really lazy. Like oh woo be me who can't walk 100 feet. I should be thankful I can walk that 100 feet!

I am pledging not to be lazy anymore. I will walk up to ATMs. I will park far away from the door. I will jump out of bed and Carpe Diem! Sitting around is not for me, unless it is to relax. Even at clinic yesterday I stretched while waiting for each person. On the rare occasions I talk on the phone, I will be walking. I will not succumb to the drive thru nation mentality! My lung function is too important. Whooohooo I'm pumped...I really have to do a lot to get me there. Once I'm done moving I can feel how good it makes my lungs feel. And if I don't sit on my butt here is what I'll get in return
Week 1: Pump up music-see I just can't buy music, but I didn't feel it was fair since that week I was on vacation, so it will happen this time
Week 2: Sprinkles Cupcakes-It has been awhile
Week 3: Pedicure-Practical sitting around
Week 4: Massage-BIG SMILE
Week 5: TBA- Thinking about something big
Week 6: TBA- Must be really cool
